Faith was named a Top 40 Under 40 M&A Deal Advisor in 2015.
She has represented clients in a wide variety of cross-border corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, earn-outs, investor rights, going-private deals, initial public offerings, and general corporate matters. One of the more exciting deals Faith had the privilege of working on was representing the founders of Skype Technologies S.A. in obtaining a $500 million earn-out from eBay Inc. and the sale of Skype by eBay to a private equity consortium.
After Skadden, Faith headed up Walton & Walton LLP’s corporate practice, where she represented clients from start-ups to Fortune 500s; and now she has her own law practice that advises clients on expansion, joint ventures, partnerships, shareholder matters, fundraising, and investment.

Multi-cultural background and a wide variety of experience and interests.
These add to her ability to develop creative solutions for non-profit as well as for-profit companies across the globe. As a world traveler, she spent much of her early life in South East Asia and speaks Mandarin Chinese. She has worked with businesses and government leaders in the Pacific Rim and uses this insight to assist clients in understanding the unique opportunities available in Asia.
She is the inventor and patent holder of the Personal Air Filter device, a non-mask, wearable air filter for polluted areas. She worked as a humanitarian aid worker in Kazakhstan, Japan, and Taiwan. She published her Memoir, Sex Cult Nun, with HarperCollins Publishers to critical acclaim .
